We are undertaking the restoration and extension of this Grade II listed country house, working closely with the design team to respect its heritage while introducing carefully considered new spaces.

Highlights:

  • Lime screed floors and lime plaster repairs
  • New ironstone extension to match the original building
  • Stonework conservation and alteration, using salvaged stone and lime mortar
  • Relaying of existing York flagstone floor finishes
  • Sash window repairs, replacements, and new sash-gate window in keeping with original design
  • Plant room relocation with new supplies to the whole estate
