Our Story

Combining over thirty years’ experience working together in the high-end residential sector, Tim Hill & Phil Weatherall formed Hill & Weatherall with one clear vision: To create a construction company trusted with the most demanding and sensitive projects.

Having worked on some of the most significant country houses and heritage buildings in Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds, we use this wealth of knowledge to specialise in the careful renovation of historic properties and the construction of new homes of the highest quality, using traditional building techniques.

At the heart of Hill & Weatherall is a loyal team of craftsmen, managers and specialist trades, each bringing years of experience and a shared dedication to uncompromising quality.

We invest continuously in training, including conservation courses with the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB), so our team is equipped to work with historic fabric to the highest standards.
